ANNOUNCEMENT AND CALL FOR PAPERS

After the successful outcome of the 2026 12^th IC-SCCE, In Person, the Learning Foundation in Mechatronics (LFME), Athens, Greece, is organizing the 13^th International Conference from Scientific Computing to Computational Engineering (13^th IC-SCCE) to be held in Loutraki, Greece, from July 5^st to July 8^th, 2028, at the Alexandreio Conference Center.

 The Chairman of the 13^th International Conference “from Scientific Computing to Computational Engineering”, Prof. Demos T. Tsahalis, also Director of LFME, invites all scientists and engineers from the academic, scientific, engineering, and industrial sectors to participate in the Conference and to contribute both in the promotion and the dissemination of the scientific knowledge. The conference will be in-person.

      ►Contributions Invited

Contributions related to any aspects from Scientific Computing to Computational Engineering and Numerical Analysis are enthusiastically encouraged. The contributions will be published in the Conference proceedings with ISSN 2241-8865 & ISBN 978-618-84028-8-1 numbers.

Abstracts of papers proposed for oral or poster presentation at the 13^th IC-SCCE should be approximately 200 words in length and must be submitted together with the abstract cover sheet (please refer to Conference’s Website). Before acceptance, all contributions will be assessed by experienced reviewers.

      ► Publication in Refereed Journal

Selected high quality papers will be considered for possible publication in a Special Issue of the international peer-reviewed Computational Journal (MDPI AG), Scopus Impact Factor 2.2, CiteScore 3.3. The papers accepted for publication will be published free of charge instead of the 1800 CHF standard Article Processing Charge (APC) for this journal. Details about the submission process will follow.
